- Coordinate, shoot, and edit various marketing videos that follow Children’s Hospital Colorado video strategy and brand standards, including patient stories, doctor biography profiles, program support and process explanation videos, animated explainer videos and social media spotlights.
- Work alongside video producer, marketing strategists, media team, and Brand and Advertising manager to identify video opportunities and map content according to larger campaign and organization-wide strategic goals.
- Operate as video team lead managing videos from conceptualization to final product, serving as art director, director, cinematographer, editor and animator throughout production.
- Coordinate production and film content on location or in studio environment using variety of camera, lighting and audio set-ups.
- Assist with pre-production responsibilities including building shot lists, coordinating interview and b-roll shoots, and booking talents and filming locations.
- Present videos directly to client and navigate feedback to ensure optimal end product is delivered to achieve organization strategic goals.
- Communicate with various executives, hospital-based and external clients, various agencies and other internal departments in a professional, efficient and effective manner.
- Led team to establish and implement video brand guidelines; display an expert knowledge of all facets of brand standards and serve as advisor for organization and vendors on guidelines as they pertain to video.
- Co-created doctor biography series and produced over 180 videos optimized for posting on website and social platforms to increase web traffic, organic social followers and actual patient appointments.
- Maintain YouTube and Vimeo channels for internal and external content sharing, as well as various asset management libraries for social sharing and file archiving.
- Saw >1000% growth in YouTube subscribers over last five-years attributed to increase in amount of content, channel organization and SEO strategy.
- Produce videos that are consistent top performers across key social channels, increasing social engagement of target audience; use these analytics to inform successful concepts for future content.
- Grew production team from two to five members; participate in hiring process for video team by identifying and vetting ideal candidates.
- Oversaw $65,000 equipment upgrade to optimize quality of production.

- Coordinated technical aspects of various public diplomacy webcasts on a range of topics aiming to connect the world through live virtual engagement, following such programs throughout all stages of production
- As lead Technical Director on a program:
-Maintained communication with program team to collaborate on pre-production elements, including: analytics to inform content, marketing language and materials, roll-in videos, and technical testing
-Directed and live switched a multi-camera shoot and stream production via Digital Rapids to the web from Interactive’s main production studio
-Alternatively, produced programs by integrating external video cameras and audio mixers with Adobe Connect, Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder, Google + Hangout (and Hangout on Air), Watchitoo, and Skype
-Worked with Adobe Creative Cloud and Ross Xpression software to create graphics and bumpers
-Completed post-production on programs by uploading content to server and editing with Final Cut Pro before posting to various public CMS
-Navigated the back end of Interactive’s Ustream and YouTube Live profiles to retrieve embed codes for live video and on demand content, upload produced content, and manage existing content - Served in various studio crew positions including, assistant director, audio operator, camera operator, and floor manager
- Created and implemented Interactive’s Mac Management team which determines best practices for the use of the team’s thirty+ Mac computers; served as the lead manager of the team composing, deploying, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Initiated and facilitated various research and development projects to ensure Interactive remains innovative and on the cutting edge of live streaming and video technology
- Designed the procedures by which our division handles Off-Site Digital Video Conferences (DVCs) by working with U.S. Office of Speakers, and train and supervise division members on the process to handle requests for these programs
- Assisted in updating the Interactive Wordpress portal page, including: customize and embed live and on demand video streams from Limelight, Ustream, and YouTube; work with Chatroll and Twitter widgets for live engagement with programming, embed documents and external content for programmatic support
